New Delhi : At an event organized at the Xtreme Gaming eSports Stadium, one of Delhi’s popular gaming cafes, NVIDIA showcased its latest gaming GPU, the GeForce® GTX™ 780 Ti, which delivers incredibly smooth frame rates for gaming at extreme resolutions. Unquestionably the fastest gaming GPU in the world, the GeForce GTX 780 Ti does more than win benchmarks for highest frames per second. It also delivers frames seamlessly with cool, quiet operation that is critical to providing an immersive gaming experience.

The GTX 780 Ti is powered by the NVIDIA Kepler™ architecture, the most efficient GPU architecture ever designed, which provides an advanced, low-thermal-density design that translates into better cooling, quieter acoustics and GeForce GTX 780 Ti The Mean Machine11 300x200 The Way It’s Meant To Be Played: NVIDIA’s Promise To Gamers record-breaking performance. It features 25 percent more cores than the GTX 780 GPU, includes a blazingly fast 7Gpbs of onboard memory and supports NVIDIA GPU Boost™ 2.0 technology for greater customization, overclocking and performance options. Compared to the original GTX 780, the GTX780Ti is almost 21 percent faster on average.

The GeForce GTX 780 Ti also supports NVIDIA’s latest array of advanced gaming technologies, including NVIDIA PhysX® and TXAA™.For gamers who demand the very best, NVIDIA SLI® technology— the industry’s preeminent multi-GPU solution — scales to deliver even higher levels of performance with support for up to four-way configurations.

The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti GPU is available from the world’s leading add-in card suppliers, including ASUS, Zotac, Galaxy, and MSI. Pricing is expected to start at INR 59,000 and for a limited time, participating partners will include a free copy of Batman: Arkham Origins, Assassin’s Creed IV—Black Flag and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist.

“As PC gaming platform continues to be the most exciting, vibrant gaming platform, NVIDIA’s heritage in this platform allows us to deliver amazing performance and advanced technologies for gamers,” said Nikhil Kohli, GeForce Business Head, NVIDIA South Asia. “With the launch of the GeForce GTX 780Ti GPU and a host of new technologies delivered through GeForce Experience, including ShadowPlay, we continue to represent industry leadership and unmatched technical excellence.”

NVIDIA ShadowPlay Technology Storms the Gaming World

Built into the latest version of GeForce Experience, ShadowPlay is free, fast and easy-to-use gameplay-recording software that allows consumers to record video of their most exciting gaming moments and share them with the world.

Being ‘always on’ when gaming, ShadowPlay allows gamers to save the last twenty minutes of action to disk with a single button press, meaning you never again say “I wish I had recorded that”. Using the hardware encoder built into the Kepler architecture, ShadowPlay’s impact on game frame rates is far lower than that of traditional recording applications, which can place great strain on the CPU.

GeForce Experience 1.8: Adjustable Optimal Playable Settings &ShadowPlay Updates

With hundreds of games released each year — and hundreds of thousands of possible PC configurations — finding the right settings for any given game is complex. GeForce Experience is an NVIDIA application that automatically optimizes game settings, delivering the power of a PC with the simplicity of a console.

With the latest release, GeForce Experience 1.8 brings game-changing Optimal Playable Setting functionality, and a number of ShadowPlay updates that make the innovative, critically-lauded gameplay recorder even better at capturing your favorite action-packed moments.

The introduction of Adjustable Optimal Settings dramatically improves the functionality of GeForce Experience, making it an invaluable tool for overclockers and those who prefer more eye candy or more performance than our default Optimal Playable Settings provided in the past. For 4K gamers and power users who Downsample, the new Adjustable Optimal Settings function is particularly beneficial, given the demands 4K Gaming places on any system.

And with GeForce Experience 1.8, Windows 7 users can now save up to 20 minutes of Shadow Mode footage, just like Windows 8 users, and Windows 7 Manual Mode is no longer restricted to a single 3.8GB file – footage is now recorded continually across multiple files until the moment you run out of HDD or SSD space.

GeForce Experience 1.8 also brings multi-source audio recording to users giving them the ability to record game audio and VOIP simultaneously.  It also includes the ability to capture footage at native resolution and aspect ratios up to 1920×1080 (beyond 1920×1080 the aspect ratio is preserved), and the reduction of stuttering during playback of captured video.
