Inc. , is pleased to announce that it has been honored with the “Emerging: Great Place to Innovate” award by the ‘Zinnov Awards and Recognition Program’ conducted at their annual globalization conference – Confluence 2013. “Great Place to Innovate” is a companywide award to recognize those MNC R&D centers that are focused on innovation.
The award acknowledged concerted efforts made by Broadridge across four key enablement areas such as culture, conditions, process and metrics. Broadridge’s constant focus in building a culture of innovation and more importantly practices to initiate, foster and accolade collaborative innovation were the areas recognized for the awards.
Timings for this award couldn’t have been better, as Broadridge has been recently recognized as one of the Top 100 best companies to work for in India, by Great Place to Work Institute. It has been ranked as the 4th Best Companies to Work for in ITeS Industry and 71st in the overall category in India.
The “Great Place to Innovate” award was adjudged by an external jury panel and the assessment criteria focused on how conducive to innovation the environment is and also measured the pervasiveness. The jury felt that the great conditions and processes that Broadridge has in place reflected both the organization’s and leadership’s commitment towards an innovation agenda.
