Indore: Vishal Chauhan, was declared the winner in the second edition of ‘Run-for-Yourself’ Marathon’ initiated by CapitalVia which was held in the city today. While Narendra Singh was declared the winner of 5 KM category, Nitin Mukati won the race in 3 KM category. ‘Run-for-yourself’ Marathon by Capitalvia was conducted in the city today with the sole aim of Health Awareness and saw the participation of more than 1500 people from across the age group, coming together to run for a common cause. The marathon was flagged off by Mr. Rohit Gadia from Vijay Nagar.
The top three winners of 10 KM were rewarded with the cash prize of Rs. 10,000, Rs. 5000 and Rs. 3000 respectively while winners of 5 Km and 3 Km were also rewarded with kind prizes.
Awarding the winners, Mr. Rohit Gadia, Founder and CEO, CapitalVia Global Research Limited said, “I salute the spirit of the people of Indore. This zeal and enthusiasm gives us the reason to further build on many such initiative and strengthen our connect with residents of the city. On winning the first prize in the 10 Kms category Mr. Vishal Chauhan said, “I am extremely happy to win the second edition of Run for Yourself marathon. I am a firm believer of Health is Wealth and such initiatives help people to come closer for a cause which should be our prime motive. On the occasion I would also like to thank the organiser for such initiative which is very relevant in today’s lifestyle. “
