Mumbai: Coldwell Banker India, the master franchisee of global real estate broking giant Coldwell Banker has appointed Milind Mehere as a Director on their board. This appointment is a second in a row at Coldwell Banker India in a span of two months. Last month, Mona Jalota who was earlier working with Knight Frank was appointed as the VP Sales Strategy and Operations at Coldwell Banker India.
Milind is a co-founder of Yodle, an online marketing platform for small businesses, which he helped scale to $200M+ in annual revenues and 1100 employees. Yodle was ranked 9th on Forbes America’s most promising company in 2014 and made the Inc 500 list 3 times. In his 8 years with Yodle he has created and built many business functions and played diverse roles across Business Development, Channel Sales, Client Services, Operations, and Product Strategy. From P&L responsibility including sales, marketing, product strategy and operations (HR, Recruitment, and Finance), he has grown that team from 0 to 200 (150 person inside sales team) and ~$30M in 2014 revenue in Canada. From 2008 to Feb 2013 he served as VP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships where built Yodle’s partner sales channel (~10% of Yodle’s revenue & high contribution margin)

Prior to Yodle, Milind had significant enterprise software experience (sales, product marketing, business development and consulting services). Milind has a degree in MS in Industrial Engineering from SUNY- Buffalo and BS (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from University of Bombay.
Coldwell Banker India which recently launched their operations in India currently has 3 franchisees in Mumbai. 7 franchisees are in pipeline and can be operational by the end of this calendar year.
