As per norms laid down by DTCP, almost 40 percent of total area has been left out for utilities, Maya added. The 24 acre land is plotted with 279 plots of varying sizes from 183 sq yards to 2000 sq yards, and is ready for sale now.
The response to the project has been very good. Even before we formally launched quite a significant number of plots are sold off. What is so interesting is people from Hyderabad are travelling this far and investing, but, investors in Mahboobnagar District are yet to realize this, said Shaji.
Jadcherla is the next best destination in the outskirts of the city state capital for the investment. Several NRIs having seen the potential have invested here. Keeping their interest, the entire layout is designed as per vastu. It is fully developed with roads and open spaces. The avenue plantation has come up already.
