Cathay Pacific Airways today announced that Mr. Rajesh Menon has been appointed as the 
airline’s Regional Sales & Marketing Manager – South Asia. Mr. Menon will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing for Cathay Pacific Airways in the South Asia region and will be based in Mumbai, India.
Born and educated in Mumbai, Rajesh Menon has been working with Cathay Pacific since 2005. He joined the airline as Asst. Airport Services Manager at Mumbai Airport. Thereafter, he moved to Chennai as Airport Services Manager. In July 2010 he was appointed Area Sales Manager – Tamil Nadu & Kerala. In 2013, he was instrumental in setting up Cathay Pacific Airways operations in Qatar in 2013.
Mr. Menon will replace Mr. Rakesh Raicar who has taken up his new role as Country Manager, South Africa & Indian Ocean based in Johannesburg.
Rajesh is married. His hobbies include fitness & playing volleyball & cricket.
