Chennai : Haier, the world No.1 in Major Home Appliances, for the 5th Consecutive Year*, concluded a product demonstration cum dealers meet in Chennai on May 14, 2014. Haier that commemorates the completion of 10 years in India this year conducted a one day event at Chennai where they showcased a total of 109 products across the product range. Haier dealers, its customers, ISD’s, RSO and other regional sales team across the city graced the gathering.
The event aimed at showcasing Haier’s technological advancements with the launch of i-age range. First time ever in the city, Haier gave an opportunity to its customer and dealers to experience the new ‘i-tech’ products from Haier. The varied range of products displayed at the event showcased Haier’s innovation in the home appliance and Electronics category.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Eric Braganza said, “Chennai as a market has always been very exceptional. The sultry weather in the summers has always favoured sales of the compressor products and especially the refrigerators. We have witnessed around 40% growth in the market and we shall aim at having an equally good run this summer.”
